Description:

                  The British Retail Consortium (BRC) and American Institute of Baking International (AIBI) global standards of food safety are worldwide benchmarks.

                  Knowledge of the pest management requirements of both standards is low among the Indian food industry and pest management professionals, which could lead to adverse outcomes during the certification audits of those standards.

                  Based on a thorough review of section 4 of both standards, our training has detailed explanations of the clauses about pest control. 

                   Masterclass participants shall be able to easily implement the BRC and AIBI GSGS pest control clause requirements after the programme.

About the Trainer:

Mr Giridhar Pai is a veteran of the Indian pest management industry with three decades of experience. 

He has experience as a food safety and quality assurance manager, key account manager and business head at two of India’s three largest pest management companies. 

He heads his enterprise, marketing innovative pest management products and website content.

He is a certified ISO 9001:2000 leader assessor and a Hazard Analysis Critical Control Point (HACCP) trainer. 

He has extensive experience in the AIBI global food safety standard, including audit preparation and participation.
